The mission of the Office for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Alliant International University is to promote an academically enriching and supportive climate that allows all members of our community to thrive and succeed. The Office of DEI collaborates with units on campus to provide a comprehensive, university-wide approach to diversity, inclusivity, access, and equity.

Meet the Team
The Office of DEI has a close-knit team of professionals who work together to support the Alliant Community. Our team is dedicated to cultivating a community with compassion, where all can thrive and succeed.
Lawrence Moore, Ph.D
Lawrence Moore, Ph.D. is a member of the Alliant International University Board of Trustees and serves as chair of its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging subcommittee. When Lawrence joined the Alliant family, he came armed with more than thirty years of corporate experience in the realm of Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs and a broad and extensive history of public service and community activism. Lawrence continues to build on that history here at Alliant and in his native Arizona, as well.
